Fax Services Access in Windows Server 2003

Hi,

This Switin

I am using Windows Fax Services in my Application.This works fine when Admin user Logs in to Server but when non admin user logs in Fax Server Connect method throws Execption Permission Denied. All Rights are Provided in C Root and D Root .
