CME display calling number without leading 0

Hi there

i have CME 4.1 running on Cisco 2811 router with about 20 ephones Cisco 7906.

Problem:
All incoming calls over ISDN BRI lines are displayed on phone with caller area code + phone number. Problem is that there are no leading 0. Phone company cut of leading 0 from some reason

For example, instead 011444333 on display is 11444333

Becouse of that i must edit any number i want to call back. Is there any workaroud for this?
