excuse me, i'm also a beginner of java..i like to know how to run this program..what should i fill in the blank space of server name and the most bottom of blank space..
fisrt, i click the "start server!" in the server program and it display out "user-PC/192.168.30.156"..so that,is that the"user-PC"is my Server Name? By the way,i'm using the jdk 6++, will there any problem with this program while running? thank for your reply^^..

hye,i need to know how to connect the client to server
is it we need to enter the server name for example john-pc or john-PC/142352.34r42rwith the ip address
i have try to connect from client to server but it did"nt work...
please help me

To run this code you will first start the server , then start the client to connect to the server . i have even tested it via internet and it works but have just to configure it correctly i mean the IP , Port , check firewalls !
