modeling traffic light control system using neural network

hi am doing my project of my final year in university about modeling traffic light control system using neural network , and the tutor want from me to do 4 way intersection and i did only 1 intersection and i need help in how doing the other intersections , i tried many times to do it but i couldn't , so can i have your email address to send you the code that i did about my project .
