java mobile apps

i am using samsung s3310, it will support java MIDP2.0
for this phone i want to create apps, i have downloaded java wireless toolkit 5.2.5_01 cldc
and created jar file for hello world program, but this jar file not working in my phone,but this jar file working in java emulator, please tell me how can i create apps for my mobile.
