Latest XML parsing/memory usage benchmark

This benchmark report compares the parsing performance of VTD-XML, Xerces DOM,
Pull, Piccolo and Xerces SAX. It also compares the memory usage of VTD-XML to
Xerces DOM, both with full node expansion and deferred node expansion. Lastly,
it also compares the navigation performance of VTD-XML and Xerces DOM.
