MS-Access with java

my project is alomost complete now i am working on a utility of Imort and export of database.i am using Ms-Access as backend and java(swings) and NetBeansIDE as a tool. everything has been done now import export is a hurdle..how can i export the data of currently working database.what will i have to do??
