Need help in Chatting Program

Hi all
Well I've seen the chat programs here in the forum and they're good.
But what I want is something that is similar to irc.
Username and Password, One can talk to all at the main page, and can talk to a precise person in a private window.

I noticed msi is excellent in java and need his help. (i have ur program )
