sending sms from bluetooth mobile to pc

Hi all :
I'm a new meber in this great forum and I hope that you can help me in my seminar which is about sending sms from bluetooth mobile to pc and this sms will be checked by a special software to help the pc control a device that is connected to pc so i will create an sms server in th pc .
we use of course java and i need your help to provide me with the requirements that we need in this project , we designed 90% of the software which will be in the mobile but i need your sugesstions in this project and if any one can provide me with essential code or libraries used to create this i will appreciate this.

I try to write the code for the software that in the mobile but i need swing library but when i downloaded it ; it failed to provide me with some classes and many things are not included like
javax.swing.Grouplayout
javax.swing.layoutstyle
please try to help me Quickly
