I hope that i can send my own packet that contains a command which can be executed on the victim machine !!!!!
if any one knows how can i send data to any PC into packets throw network ??
OR
if you can tell me how do the packet transmitted like 0s & 1s throw NIC ??

Packet is a general word .Do u mean IP packet for internet ? do want commands to hack other computers .

hay i don't know the transmitting protocol that connects PCs together
put i think it is TCP/IP protocol ,
i mean something like spoofing
what about hacking command ????

u can't execute commands in the victim pc without his permission, at least the first one to give u control on some service or similar...
for spoofing thing, it's for machines like routers which are already opened from one side [LAN] and u already have a trusted communication to it, what u can do here is simulating the router for example in a lan.
