I am using this application. But recently I have started getting this issue, when I delete a user - I get a white screen and it says it is done but then nothing happens

The same issue comes when I move a post.

Please can someone help on this?

Did you installed any mod? I mean before the time you start
getting this error?
If so then remove it.
