new Category in the forum

I want to create a new Category in the forum " Flash ActionScript " ,, how can I ?

If you are using phpbb3 , just login to administration panel ,then , Forums Tag ,then u create new forum

I can make it for you and make you the moderator of it ,i don't have a good knowladage in "Flash ActionScript" ,do you will make posts in this forum to explain or what ?
