Small bug in GreenMiles2

I am using the greenmiles2 Style on the forum I am running for some friends.

However I have encountered a little bug or missing link when checking the style.

I am curious where the Mark Forums Read link is hidden in Greenmiles2

I recently update to phpBB 3.0.3 and well update the style of course too. The bug I reported back in time seems to be back? Could you have a look? Now that 3.0.4 is just released I need to update the forum again anyway.
