Hi im a beginner in java im facing problem please help me

Hi i have two date one is starting date,ending date i need the difference of those two dates and have to insert that number of records in the table depending on the difference.Im getting it but im inserting the same date for all the records i need to get the date increment while inserting can anyone please help me??
