send confirmation link to email

i designed a form in jsp page. fields are name, phone, email, pasword, confirm pasword, address, city, state, country, pin. Now after submitting the form, i want to send a confirmation link to the persons email who registered, with the email id and password. So what should be the code for it????????????
Please help!!!!!
