tomcat server config

i've got the following doubt regarding an application developed using
servlets/jsp technologies. I'm using Apache Tomcat Server 5.5 on
Windows XP Environment with the backend PostgreSQL Server 8.0. For
this application i've created a war file and its been well working
with the 'localhost', but i want to work out this application in
network environment and with the WWW. How can i configure the server
to work with this. What are the diffrent files that i've to configure
and how.
